the staff provided excellent service . they helped with directions and offered great recommendations. the location was ideal for exploring the city center, close to many attractions. i really enjoyed the comfy bed (i slept like a baby!).

the room felt a bit small, but i spent most of my time exploring the city, so it wasn't a huge issue.

breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. i especially liked the fresh pastries and fruit available each morning. the dining area was clean and well-kept, and the staff was attentive.

the room i booked faced significant issues. the small desk was barely functional. hallway noise permeated the room at night making restful sleep difficult. i found it hard to understand the high ratings given these problems.
